So long as the Foundation is in Canada, it must obey the laws of Canada. Even though the biological mother and her pedophile husband, their lawyer, the police, and social services all continue to play their games in the press and online, Superdad and the Foundation will not violate the gag orders. We are certain that the corrupt judicial officials that imposed the orders would pounce on the opportunity to punish Superdad, Nana, or the Foundation given half the chance. It would be inviting selective prosecution.
Follow-up Question: What about after the trials?
It is not clear whether a trial would result in more or less restriction. We anticipate that corrupt judicial officials will order a publication ban at the behest of corrupt police. What we don’t know is whether or not news agencies outside of Canada will obey such an order. We will have to wait and see.
Follow-up Question: Didn’t Superdad threaten to turn everything public?
Not exactly. Superdad did remark once that he was so sick of being harassed by police, courts, and other authorities about the content of this platform that he was tempted to just walk clear of it — leaving it in the hands of others (like us). He predicted, accurately, that the site would be taken by others (like us) and run offshore where Canadian court orders simply don’t matter. This would result in immediate de-censoring and publication of all material – but fundraising would be made difficult.
Follow-up Question: What about the books, the documentary?
Two books and a short-series docudrama (television) are being produced outside of Canada, using real names and true accounts; so it is likely just a matter of time before the Canadian judiciary realizes it has lost control. So far as we are aware, work continues on these projects and updates will be posted here as we get them.
