Deadbeat Mom

The Biological Mother is a deadbeat mom. She hasn’t paid a cent to support the girls since 2015. She has contributed nothing – nada, zero, zilch – to their health care, education, basic living, extracurricular activities, entertainment or anything else that kids need. Superdad raised this with the family courts in Canada and they arrogantly waived him off – “We might deal with that later.”  In France, failure to pay child support is a crime and can result in imprisonment. Biological Mother stood right in front of the French judge when he ordered her to pay for half of all expenses for the girls, but she didn’t pay a single cent. She left Saint Pierre and never showed her face again. Superdad has filed a criminal complaint, the matter is still outstanding.

The Foundation has reason to believe that the Biological Mother and Pedophile Husband may be fraudulently collecting the child tax credit and other entitlements meant for the Girls, even though the girls have never lived with them — ever. We suspect a fraudulent claim was filed with the Canada Revenue Agency while Superdad was outside of Canada, and that a large sum payment may have been made. The Foundation continues to investigate.

Superdad spoke briefly to the investigation, saying “yes, I am aware of these allegations and I have looked over some of the documentary evidence – but it’s best to sit on it until court – they can’t escape the document trail.” He went on to say “if we are prevented from entering it as evidence, we publish.”

A nice new Volvo sport sedan adorns the tail end of the driveway at the home of the Biological Mother and her Pedophile Husband in 2024 – uncovered as part of an ongoing investigation into allegations of a sex-for-hire ring, and welfare/tax fraud. None of these allegations have been proven in court, yet. Here is a brief look at some of the evidence being worked:

• the Biological Mother appears to work part-time as a veterinary assistant, seems to have some professional affiliation with a local hospital and has her own business as a medical transcriptionist;
• the Pedophile Husband appears to be a lifelong welfare and disability recipient who is known to operate a cash-based taxidermy business over Kijiji, and other black-market sites, where he trades illegally in animal remains, some in contravention of various treaties and regulations;
• they receive child tax credit, HST and other payments for the child they have together, and half of the same for two children the Pedophile Husband sired in a previous relationship;
• they are suspected of receiving child tax credit, etc. for the girls even though they never lived with them, this allegedly came into being when the two filed a fraudulent claim with the Canada Revenue Agency;
• an informant reports that they may be skimming from the welfare, disability and pension account of the Biological Mother’s mother (the Biological Grandmother) for whom Biological Mother has power of attorney, claiming the amounts are for “costs in administration and expenses”;
• they live in a home owned by the parents of the Pedophile Husband and, according to a reliable source, may be playing a few games in respect to rent, receipts and reporting to provincial payment authorities.
