Gag orders have significantly changed the face of this website and the life of Superdad. They were all aimed at preventing further embarrassment to the police and corrupt justice officials. They were all aimed at Superdad and the Foundation. None of them did anything to resolve the problem, protect the Girls, or serve the interests of justice — and Superdad is the only party that obeys them.

Judge Harold Porter
On Friday, April 28, 2023, judge Harold Porter of the “Grand Bank Provincial Court” in Marystown, Newfoundland, made several orders but we can’t tell you what they are due to his publication ban. We can tell you that he never set eyes on the girls.
Justice of the Peace Mary Shelley
On Tuesday, May 9, 2023, justice of the peace Mary Shelley of the “Ontario Court of Justice” in Welland, Ontario, ordered, amongst other things, that the website RUNNINGAWAY.CA be taken offline — the fact that Superdad had no control over the website didn’t seem to click with her. When the operators of this site heard, they took the site down to avoid Shelley imprisoning Superdad for something he had no control over — Canadian justice at its best.
It is important to note that a justice of the peace is not a judge. Most of them aren’t even lawyers, Shelley sure isn’t. They are all political appointees. Justices of the peace earn about $172,000 per year, and some suggest that they are appointed to pay them to stay out of politics. Shelley was appointed because she sat on the boards of a few social services organizations — political work.

In March 2024 two of the four charges against Superdad were “stayed,” so the vindictive and out-of-touch orders imposed by justice of the peace Mary Shelly, which included orders to shut down this website, were no more. On that day, planning for the fourth incarnation of this platform began. According to Steps to Justice [stepstojustice.ca]: “Charges are stayed when a judge or a [prosecutor, a.k.a. “Crown”] decides that it would be bad for the justice system for the case to continue … stays can also be granted when the state has acted unfairly …”
Judge Leanne Emma-Jane Standryk
On Thursday, July 27, 2023, judge Leanne Emma-Jane STANDRYK of the “Superior Court of Justice, Family Court Division” at St. Catharines, Ontario, imposed dozens of orders. Can you guess the next part? We can’t publish anything about them. What we can tell you is that Superdad, Nana, and the Foundation are the only ones who have followed them. This is a perfect example of selective justice, and yet another good reason not to trust the Canadian judiciary.
Compliance Measures
So long as the Foundation is based in Canada, it will operate by Canadian law. We are well aware that violating court orders would likely land Superdad in jail. The following measures have been taken by Friends of Two Awesome Kids Foundation to ensure “absolute compliance” with the more than twenty individual orders made to date:
- First, we will not identify the girls by name. Suffice it to say that they are twins, female, age fifteen (as of March 2024); however, we will not publish their dates of birth or elaborate on physical descriptions. We may sometimes refer to them together as (the “Girls”) or individually as first born, second born, one of two, and two of two, etc.
- Second, the loving and caring father of the girls will be identified as Superdad – a name given to him during their initial escape from Canada. We know that Superdad really appreciates the name and the fact that it was given to him.
- Third, the paternal grandmother of the Girls will be referred to only as Nana.
- Fourth, the biological mother of the girls (who did nothing to protect them from abuse) will be identified as biological mother, and her husband, the man who sexually abused the girls, the pedophile husband.
- Fifth, this organization has changed its name. The original name incorporated the girls’ true given names. We are now known as the Friends of Two Awesome Kids Foundation or (the “Foundation”). Those associated in some way with the Foundation are (the “Friends”), note the capital ‘F’.
- Finally, we will not publish where the girls are imprisoned or who has physical control over them – after all, that may lead to accountability, and the courts will have none of that.
Sooner or later, the truth will come out — people will be named, books will be written, movies will be made, and news agencies will dig into the key players of this debacle. There will eventually be hell to pay. Nothing make the Canadian public more angry than corrupt cops and justice officials. We wait with bated breath. Until then, we have to comply with the orders — so long as we are in Canada.
