I am writing in support of the family featured on RUNNINGAWAY.CA, but can’t name them because of the publication ban. What a horrible and tragic story. Their lives have been shattered and they are being kept from each other. This kind of thing should never happen in Canada.
After reading through the website, and all of the documents presented, I can only conclude that this is a terrible mistake, and that government must intervene. The police, child welfare officials and courts are out of control, and they continue this malicious prosecution to this day. Superdad is a hero, and he is being roasted while those two girls are being forced to endure a horrible environment. All this after they were sexually abused at the hands of the mother’s boyfriend. Just terrible. They are re-victimizing the victims.
The child protection system is broken. It has been for some time. It needs to be fixed. I join countless others in asking you to stop the madness and end this malicious prosecution. Set those girls free. I strongly encourage you to read through that website and to reach out to the family. Help them untangle this web and put the pieces of their lives back together.
This has become an election issue for me.

Cette lettre vise à exprimer ma déception face à ce que l’administration française a fait à la famille présentée en linge “RUNNINGAWAY.CA“. Qui on ne peut pas nommer pour les raisons de l’interdiction de publication. Pendant 2021-2023, un père sympathique et ses deux jeunes filles ont réclament l’asile politique à l’île du Saint Pierre et Miquelon. Ils ont enfuir une situation gravement violent en Ontario Canada. Ils ont en sécurité dans les territoires français, mais vous avez aggravé la situation parce que vous n’avez pas respecté votre propre législation.
Ils demandaient l’asile. La sécurité. La justice. Mais votre police, vos tribunaux et votre service d’aide sociale aux enfances ont emparé des jeunes filles illégalement. Vous les avez séparés avec force, contre l’avis de vos propres experts. Vous avez emprisonné le père sans motive, sans un avocat et sans représentation consulaire. Vous avez violé votre propre loi et les droits internationaux par divulguent qu’ils sont dans le territoire de la France. Il y a une grande liste d’injustice mais celle-ci est la pompon. Honte-toi! De quoi devenuez-vous France ?
Je dois dire que mon opinion de la France ne pourrait être pire. J’ai toujours pensé que la France était un pays composé de gens brillants et indépendants. De leur propre esprit. Celui qui valorise la dignité humaine. Celui qui valorise l’équité et l’égalité. Évidemment, je me suis trompé.
J’ai l’intention de partager cela avec ma famille, mes amis et mes collègues de travail. Je veux que vous faisiez une enquête sur cette situation et de faire quelque chose pour y remédier.
