Fulfilment and Service. <\/strong>The eStore is operated by the Foundation together with its agents and service providers.\u00a0 Operation, production, and fulfilment functions are distributed but remain in Canada unless otherwise stipulated.\u00a0 The provision of RUNNINGAWAY.CA and the eStore is a contracted function and may be operated globally.\u00a0 All products are shipped from Southern Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. The Foundation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to sell and ship products to any individual, entity, region, jurisdiction, or market segment, provided such sale and fulfilment is not precluded by law, or to refuse or cancel same for any reason, or for none.<\/p>\n
