Cracks in the System PART Ithe situation PART IIbackstory PART IIIthe threat PART IVcracks in the system PART Vgag orders PART VIthe solution "We do know a few things about Canadian cops. First off, we know that if we were to behave like they do, we would be arrested. Second, we know that they have yet to learn: respect is not established by making others suffer. They know one way of doing business -- by force -- and they wonder why people close the door in their faces. Third, when the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem tends to look like a nail. And finally, cops, much like cockroaches, scatter and hide the moment light is cast onto them." - Superdad of St. Catharines This presentation draws attention to the individuals and agencies that went out of their way to cause suffering and distress. The ones that lied, cheated, manipulated and failed to perform. When people talk about 'falling through the cracks in the system', these are the people they are talking about.intro 2Cracks in the System double edge sword, some hep some not The Foundation collects a lot of information -- documents, reports from insiders, audio and video files, even little scraps of paper with random notes. We glean that information and scrub against our portal databases, resulting in really useful analytical products. Fact: Less than ten percent of the information we have collected has ever been publicly released. Most is kept secret and used to support our ongoing operations, and prepare for trial. So we invite you to learn more about the people and powers that are, as we call them, the Cracks in the System. THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESSOntario Provincial Police (OPP)Cayuga, Haldimand-Norfolk Detachments The OPP is supposed to be the provincial police force for Ontario. They are paid to operate a few specialized units and to support other police services; however, their prime purpose is to be the de facto police service for places that are too small or poor to have their own police. They are best known for assassinating small children [view], their terrible treatment of indigenous (First Nations) Canadians [view], running down pedestrians who get between them and their coffee, and trying to sweep it under the rug [view] and beating children skateboarding in the park [view]. We can't forget about brutalizing disabled prisoners [view], padding their pockets and trying to deflect accountability [view] and much more. More OPP police officers have been charged with crimes than any other police force in Canada - some for sexual assault [view], others for child pornography [view]. They are well known for their creative writing, especially when presenting their one-sided narratives to the courts and public media [view]. It would take months to document all of the transgressions and failures of this band of thugs, so we will leave it there. You get the picture. Superdad begged for help from the OPP but they were too busy for two little girls. They lost files, sent him back and forth with the Niagara Regional Police and threatened to arrest him when he went to superiors. They refused to enforce more than three court orders put in place to protect the girls from the pedophile husband. They dosed the girls high on sugar and staged a brief interview, cutting them off and intimidating them. They determined that there was no foul play, but were later silenced by reports from leading expert psychologists who found a pattern of sexual abuse. They knew all about the pedophile husband, his lengthy and violent criminal history - hell, they had arrested him countless times. The OPP refused to disclose documents, but the Foundation was able to acquire hundreds of pages of damning evidence through inside sources and the hacking group Anonymous. You can see some of them for yourself in the Threats and Truth sections of this website. The following people must be held accountable: Detective Constable Ashley Horton (photo above), earned $126,906.77 last year. Horton was found to have "missing" police files at her residence, refusing to properly interview the victims, complaining about her caseload on reports, and failing to perform even the most basic investigation into the sexual abuse allegations. She directly disobeyed three court orders meant to keep the pedophile husband away from the girls. Update: Promoted to Detective Sergeant enabling her to spread her incompetence over a larger area, with less scrutiny. [photo withheld] Detective Constable Leigh Lewis aided Horton in the botched investigation. She and Rose threatened to arrest Superdad when he went to OPP commanders to complain about their lacklustre performance. She was rude and aggressive toward Superdad, and took the side of the biological mother and her pedophile husband - overlooking key facts and failing to offer any protection to the girls whatsoever. [photo withheld] "Detective Sergeant Adams" is somewhat of a mystery. What we do know is that he supervised the botched investigation and guided both Horton and Rose as they buried the truth. Staff Sergeant Belinda Rose (white shirt front row left) earned $153,434.94 last year. She was responsible for allowing Horton to remove active files from the detachment without proper sign out procedures. She also played a large role in batting Superdad back and forth with the Niagara Regional Police. Rose threatened to arrest Superdad when he went to senior OPP brass to report her negligence. Inspector Phil Carter (white shirt second row left) earned $176,913.92 last year. He is the commander of the detachment and the clutch of idiots that did everything in their power to drop the investigation into the pedophile husband. He refused to disclose critical documents and led efforts to silence any and all criticism. The Foundation is aware of another dozen or so police officers from the OPP, each who played a role in depriving the girls of justice - one of whom has a friendship with the pedophile husband and his family. We have hundreds of documents ready for trial and continue to collect information. Global Affairs Canada is supposed to manage the relationships between Canada and other countries - diplomatic affairs, consular services, trade initiatives, visiting dignitaries, etc. GAC collects a large amount of security related intelligence that is then passed on to defence and other departments of government. They have a huge budget [wikipedia]. They are best known for being hacked [view], spending gobs of money on woke and sexually-minded causes around the world [view], and losing the files [view], deliberately erasing their own databases that tracks spending on international aid projects [view], attracting hostility from foreign states and losing classified information to them [view]. Recently, GAC was caught spending more than twenty-four thousand dollars for new seat cushions in their Mexican embassy [view]. Canada is no longer respected on the world stage [view], and a lot of responsibility for that rests on the shoulders of GAC. Xavier Bowring (picture above) was, until recently, Canada's representative to France at Saint Pierre et Miquelon -- an employee of Global Affairs Canada. He is also chief of the French telephone company that services the archipelago, purported owner of several retail operations on the island and President of the Saint Pierre et Miquelon Chamber of Commerce. Suffice it to say, Xavier is a very busy little beaver -- a perfect example of "conflict of interests." Fact: Superdad and the girls were granted asylum in France -- protection from Canada. Fact: Their claims were upheld in the French courts time and time again. Fact: Superdad was found not guilty of all charges in France. Yet, it appears that Bowring was part of a team effort to bury Superdad in the French courts for making the debacle public, an initiative hatched by the same corrupt police and justice officials that chased Superdad out of Canada. Bowring is accused of violating French, Canadian and international laws pertaining to asylum; breaching privacy and facilitating the unlawful exchange of information between Canadian and French police. He is accused of orchestrating the unlawful exchange of information between Family and Children Services (FACS) Niagara and their French counterparts, using diplomatic cables to conceal the content (not very well, either). He is also alleged to have worked with the French public prosecutor, suppling her with what we now know is deliberately misleading testimony from Canadian police. Bowring left the position shortly after he was named in a video published by the internet hacktivist group Anonymous. The French public prosecutor Anette Arnal was admonished for her conduct and handling of the affair, and sent to count receipts in a European cave. GAC classified all of the e-mails, communication cables and other documents pertaining to Superdad and the girls. They refused to disclose any of them. They rolled right over their own laws, and shattered any hope of fairness Superdad may have had. They acted in the same disgusting and despicable way that they condemn tin-pot dictatorships for doing. Bowring was supported by Stéphane Dion [wiki] and Mélanie Joly [wiki]. How sad for them that their computer systems keep getting hacked, and their classified data breached. The entire French asylum process [view] was turned upside down by Bowring and GAC. The United Nations High Commission on Refugees [view] and the European Union Commissioner on Human Rights [view] vowed to investigate but the French refused to participate. The identity of Bowring's replacement has been withheld from the public; however, the consular office can be reached at +508 41 55 10 or by e-mail to saint-pierre@international.gc.ca. Melanie Joly, the Minister of Global Affairs, can be reached at +1 (343) 203-1851, by e-mail Melanie.joly@international.gc.ca, or on Instagram at @melaniejoly. Stephane Dion can be reached by phone at +33 1 44 43 29 00 or by e-mail at paris@international.gc.ca.
