Backstory PART Ithe situation PART IIbackstory PART IIIthe threat PART IVcracks in the system PART Vgag orders PART VIthe solution THE SITUATION Explaining the situation is not easy. It is long and complex. It is difficult to read, and even more difficult to write. We simply don't have the internal expertise to make a flashy video that summarizes everything, sorry. Others have done exactly that and produced remarkable works [see: Anonymous]. We highly recommend. We have tried to organize this as logically as possible, breaking it up into segments so you can stop at any time, and resume later; however, it will take you about twenty minutes to read through the whole thing. Thanks for taking the time to listen, and for doing what you can to help.SHORT SUMMARY When the girls were very young, they were sexually abused by the boyfriend of their biological mother, and she knew all about it. The biological mother turned a blind eye while her pedophile husband damaged those two little girls, emotionally, spiritually and physically, and this was only the beginning. This is about a caring and loving father giving up everything to protect his children. It's about police negligence and corruption at the highest levels. It's a failure of the courts and the child welfare system. It is an absolute miscarriage of justice, and a perverted perception that children are little more than property, to be used and abused. It's about a family that had to flee for their own safety - on the run from angry and embarrassed government officials, exposed for their wrongdoing, embarrassed and fixated on revenge. It's about what no child should ever have top endure. It's about how family can stick together, no matter what. It's about them. It's about you. It's about running away.CONTENT WARNING What you are about to read is horrible. It's absolutely terrible that such a tragic series of events could ever happen in Canada. It's unbelievable, but it's 100% true, and everything is supported by documentation - some of which is available through this platform. This is heavy stuff. Please take a moment to read this important warning and remember that this site is heavily censored by order of the Canadian courts. They are embarrassed and don't want you to know the truth.HISTORY This is about two amazing kids who we are unable to identify [see: Gag Orders], but we will call them "1 of 2" and "2 of 2" as they are twins. This is about their loving and caring father, who we call 'Superdad'. The biological mother was hardly ever home as she was preoccupied with her work, friends, and her own pursuits. Even when she was home, she rarely engaged with the Girls. It was obvious she had become unhappy with her new responsibilities as a mother and would take it out on those around her. She was especially harsh to twin "1 of 2", as she had a hearing impairment and needed a little extra help sometimes. The biological mother did not have any patience and would expect immediate obedience to her every demand, regardless. Unfortunately for “1 of 2” she often didn't hear her, and was punished. The biological mother’s main escape was her job. She frequently demanded that Superdad “get someone to cover for him," at his workplace, so she could leave the house. This was a facade, everyone knew the biological mother wanted to get away from the Girls. On one occasion, the biological mother was so intent on leaving that she left the two-year-old twins completely unsupervised, home alone in a big farmhouse. As soon as Superdad was made aware he dropped everything and rushed home from work. Superdad was beyond scared as a million things could have gone wrong. But to the biological mother, her work and her friends were more important than her children. Shortly after this, Superdad went into a business he could run from home and left his good-paying government job to be a stay-at-home dad. It was an expensive decision, one that made no economic sense, but with the biological mother was entirely disinterested. Superdad gave it up without hesitation. It was the right thing to do for his Girls. From that point on, it was pretty much just the three of them - Superdad and the girls. They were happy and, most importantly, safe.SEPARATION When the girls were seven years old, the biological mother moved out, leaving Superdad and the girls behind. She found a place in the city and would see the girls when her work schedule and social calendar left open time, sometimes once a week. Superdad extended a great degree of flexibility to the biological mother and encouraged the girls to see her on her schedule. But it wasn't long after her moving out that their biological mother met the man we now know as pedophile husband. Three weeks after meeting him, she was pregnant. She moved again, this time more than an hour away, far outside the region, into the home of the pedophile husband. Superdad tried to keep the Girls connected with their biological mother as best he could. He followed the separation agreement and then some, driving them over an hour away from home every week just so they could see her -- of course making the drive again to pick the Girls up when their biological mother was tired of them. He would give the Girls extra money so they could afford to do activities together since their biological mother felt as though she shouldn't have to pay for them. He was even friendly toward the pedophile husband (not yet knowing what he was planning to do to the girls). He really tried to maintain a good parenting relationship with the biological mother, bending over backwards to accommodate her pregnancy and economic circumstances. He continued this goodwill after their baby was born. Superdad and Nana, the Girls' paternal grandmother, both sent baby gifts and worked to develop a good relationship.SUPERDAD Superdad continued to raise the girls as a single parent. He provided them with a warm, loving and nurturing home. Always ensuring the Girls were cared for both physically and emotionally, this was a supportive environment that nourished a strong connection with their family, friends, school and community. Furthermore, wherever appropriate, Superdad would include the Girls in family decision making so they truly understood that their voices matter. He inspired them with a love of language, culture, music and theatre. They become speed-readers, curious about the world around them, and quite technologically adept. These girls had Superdad busy - very busy. They flourished and were the envy of many. At the urging of Superdad, the Girls invited their biological mother to participate in their extracurricular activities and attend their special events, but she took no interest and never showed up.PEDOPHILE HUSBAND History repeats. It didn't take long for the biological mother to revert to her old habits. She would leave the girls with her pedophile husband while she worked sporadic hours, and spent all her remaining time with her friends. She was often absent and unwilling to be with the girls, but the pedophile husband was only too eager to stay home with them. The girls felt "uncomfortable" around the pedophile husband. They reported to Superdad and Nana that the pedophile husband was "weird," that he left drugs lying around, and that the smell of his taxidermy business made them feel sick. They also reported that he had taken them to Toronto to sell a black market taxidermy cow head. He thought it would be better to have the girls with him in case he was stopped by police. Superdad politely but respectfully set that straight. In return, the biological mother refused to pay child support and, along with her pedophile husband made a series of false and misleading complaints to police and child services. The biological mother has steadfastly refused to pay child support. See here. The pedophile husband routinely made sexually inappropriate remarks to the girls. He secretly took videos of them in bathing suits and pyjamas, and one where the girls were climbing on swing equipment, he called them "pole dancers." He was also getting involved in disciplinary matters, and saying nasty things about Superdad and Nana on social media. He often referred to the girls as "my children," calling them "our twin girls," and calling himself "their only real dad." The girls were not at all comfortable with this. They felt the pedophile husband was "creepy." They felt uncomfortable when he sat too close to them, when he put his arms around them, and even when he spoke to them. The girls had a friend local to the biological mother. She was a year or so older, very pleasant. She was a big part of their lives out there as they did lots together. They referred to her as "the third sister." But one day, she stopped coming around, and the girls never knew why. They tried to call her at her house, but her mother would only say she wouldn’t visit again. Gradually the girls tried to avoid visits with the biological mother. It became increasingly more difficult for Superdad to insist that they go. Superdad resorted to paying them cash to go, but eventually that didn't work either. This was despite reassurances from biological mother that everything was in order and threats that Superdad would face legal consequences if the visits stopped. Eventually, the biological mother and her pedophile husband took to making false police complaints, false reports to children's aid and laying false claims with the courts. This made having a good relationship with biological mother increasingly difficult for Superdad. One after the other, the allegations were dropped, dismissed, closed, or thrown out. The pedophile husband was furious and seemed to be on a crazy mission against Superdad and Nana. The pedophile husband turned to social media to rant about Superdad and Nana. It was later discovered that more than thirty police complaints were filed by the pedophile husband, so frivolous they never made it past the report stage. The pedophile husband wanted to control monies meant for the girls, and to cancel all of their extracurricular activities. He was furious that his demands for custody of the girls were denied.THREATS Fortunately, Superdad had been investigating the pedophile husband since the girls started to report their concerns, and he had amassed a lot of information [see: the Threat]. The pedophile husband is one scary man. What is presented on this site represents less than fifteen percent of the information Superdad unearthed, but it is enough to clearly demonstrate that the pedophile husband is a serious threat to the girls, to women and children in general. Here is an excerpt: The pedophile husband has a lengthy and violent criminal history [Proof]. He has also been arrested for psychiatric evaluations [Proof]. He has been put on "peace bonds," sentenced to probation, ordered into in-custody psychiatric care, and imprisoned [Proof]. He is homicidal, suicidal and has been diagnosed with a multiplicity of serious and frightening emotional defects, including antisocial and borderline personality disorders, social anxiety disorders, cluster-b personality traits, narcissism, black-out rage and a whole host of others. He is a heavy user of drugs and alcohol [Proof]. The biological mother knew all of this and more. His instability and sexual deviance. His being a predicate abuser, his addiction issues, anger issues, recidivism. His obsession with weapons, his history of killing animals and setting fires. She visited him while he was incarcerated at a psychiatric facility. She knew all about it [Proof]. She knew, yet she still introduced those two young girls to that environment, secretly so their father (Superdad) wouldn't find out.” Armed with the information he had uncovered, Superdad was able to get court orders prohibiting the pedophile husband from being alone with the girls. The girls could have their cell phones with them (something the biological mother had not allowed). But the pedophile husband refused to obey the orders and biological mother left those two little girls alone with him anyway, knowing full well the monster he was. Worse yet, the Ontario Provincial Police refused to enforce the orders for reasons that are still a mystery. This was the start of the systemic failure, the beginning of the collapse of all things sane. The courts refused to stop the visitation thinking their orders would be sufficient to protect the girls. The biological mother gave her word that she would not leave her pedophile husband in charge of the girls. However, the reality was that the pedophile husband was being left alone with the girls on a very regular basis, completely unsupervised.POLICE FAILS Every day, the girls grew more and more opposed to visiting the biological mother. They didn't want her at their practices, recitals and other events. They were angry that the courts refused to allow them in, and refused to hear what they had to say. The girls felt as if they were being muted, then shuffled along like they didn't matter. They were absolutely right for feeling this way as that is exactly how the courts treated them. Eventually, they would refuse to accept phone calls, e-mails and social media connections with biological mother and her family. They would often introduce Superdad as "our Dad, our only living parent." THE ABUSE It was a Sunday evening. Superdad drove out to retrieve the girls from a court-imposed visit. On the way home, the girls disclosed that the pedophile husband had been coming into their bedroom alone and "hugging them goodnight," in ways that not only made them feel highly uncomfortable, but hurt as well. Ways they had never before experienced. They were crying and shaking. They tried to protect themselves by pretending to sleep, or rolling up in blankets - by pushing him away, by calling for the biological mother, but the pedophile husband would cover their mouths, force them to "hug" him in ways that they knew was wrong. It had been going on for some time - maybe a month, maybe more. They reported that on several occasions, the biological mother stood at the door and watched, ignoring their cries. They tried to get away, only to be forcibly put right back in bed. The girls were abused in different ways, in different orders. It was just horrible. Details of the abuse suffered by the girls will not be presented here. Additional information can be found in: (Reports from the Chief Child Psychologist of the French Supreme Court - one and two) and (Asylum Application Statement). The girls had tried to tell their biological mother what had happened, but she refused to believe them. Biological mother insisted instead that “[pedophile husband] is your stepdad and he can hug you any way he likes.” Biological mother called the girls "liars" and "bitches" and refused to listen to them, all the while knowing full well what he had done to them. Biological mother told the girls "[pedophile husband] is a good man, he cares about you, so just deal" and "you had better not tell your father about this either." Biological mother had convinced the girls that, if they said anything to anyone, they would be taken away from their father altogether.SUPERDAD Superdad was floored. He notified police and child protection authorities, sought medical attention and mental health support to help the girls cope with what had happened to them. Superdad knew he could face serious legal consequences for stopping access, but he had to protect his girls. Superdad ensured that the responsible parties for extracurricular activities, and other parents, knew who to look out for and were prepared to protect them if need be. When the biological mother and her pedophile husband made a series of false police complaints, Superdad stood up to the police. He refused to take the girls anywhere near the biological mother, and protected them as best he could. But the police and child protection authorities made one mistake after another and, in the end, their negligence prevented a prosecution - the pedophile husband was never arrested or charged for what he did. The biological mother even went on television and confessed that her pedophile husband had touched the girls inappropriately and that he was sorry, that he was "getting counselling." None of the authorities believed the girls, and none of them made time to properly investigate. Despite having a ton of evidence, including medical and psychotherapist opinions, authorities paid so little attention to the case that it eventually fell apart. Some of the authorities later apologized, others have not. The girls were denied justice. They were in serious danger. The trials continued and judges refused to allow the girls to speak or even attend court. They were shut out. The biological mother married her pedophile husband just two months later. For the years that followed, the biological mother would file in the courts, the courts would refuse to hear from the girls, there would be a lack of evidence to support ending access because their girls were silenced, and access would be ordered. Over and over again. Each time, Superdad would refuse. It carried on like this for almost two years. Not one judge would allow the girls to speak, but they passed orders against them. Not one police officer would properly investigate, but wouldn't hesitate when bullying and harassing the family, whenever the biological mother and her pedophile husband would file false complaints. Not one social services officer would bother with the case, but they had no problem investigating the dozens of false allegations made by the biological mother and her pedophile husband. Judges in Canada are more enamoured with their own power than they are with justice or the safety of children. They refused to admit that they were wrong. The girls were subjected to routine and outright frightening threats and abuse at the hands of authorities.FINAL BLOW As an afterthought, the judge ordered that the pedophile husband may not be left alone with the girls - the same order that the pedophile husband violated dozens of times before, that was in place when he sexually abused the girls, and the same order that the police refused to enforce.CHOICES The family had a dilemma, best explained by "1 of 2": ”OK, so option (a) we obey the judge, go back to that place and end up being raped, or worse; or (b) we refuse to go, get beaten up by police, then be driven back to that place in the back of a police car and forced to stay while being raped, or worse; or (c) we run. We choose option C thanks.” They knew that it would be very dangerous to stay in Canada. One way or another, the pedophile husband would continue to get to them, especially if Superdad was not there to protect them. The abuse would continue and would likely get more intense. They had no way to protect themselves. The biological mother had already told them that the pedophile husband could “hug” them any way he liked, and he was going to became their stepdad. The agencies that were supposed to protect them had left them twisting in the wind, their experience denied and invalidated. They re-victimized the victims. If they refused to follow the judge’s orders, the police would physically make them comply, using their favourite tools – intimidation and physical violence, as the girls had already experienced. "2 of 2" in particular asked Superdad to protect them from what the biological mother was doing to them. They left that day. They gave up a comfortable life among loving, caring family and friends. They even gave up their pets. They took only what they could carry in their backpacks and, with all the ports and borders closed due to the COVID pandemic, and without any other viable option, they fled for their safety. Details about this - e.g. strategy, options, decisions they made, vehicle, money and other resources, the route they took, the identity of those who helped them along, etc. - are being withheld at this time. SAINT PIERRE ET MIQUELON The archipelago of Saint Pierre et Miquelon (SPM) can be found approximately eleven kilometres south of the southernmost coast of Newfoundland's Burin Peninsula, in the Gulf of St. Lawrence. So, believe it or not, next to the USA, France is Canada's closest geographic neighbour. There are approximately 6,000 inhabitants amongst the six inhabited islands. Ownership went back and forth between the French and the British, often negotiated as one of many French surrender treaties. It was a rich fishery until recently when the territorial waters of SPM were substantially limited. Everything there is French, very few speak English and even fewer speak it well. There are French customs officials, police "gendarmerie," government officials, and courts. The euro is the official currency. It has its own area code (508). There are small hotels, bed and breakfast establishments, schools, churches, a downtown, bars and restaurants. It has its own economy, its own politics, and political leadership. It is (supposed to be) completely autonomous from Canada; however, it relies on Canada as a freight-forward and logistical centre. The best thing about SPM is that it is French territory, meaning it has to follow European Union (EU) law. Under EU law, children have the absolute right to address the courts, as they are able. They cannot be muted or shut out. The girls would inherit that right to be heard the moment their precious little feet stood on French soil, even if pursued by Canadian police. From where the girls and Superdad were at the time, it took approximately 5,000 km by car, a two-hour domestic ferry, and a two-hour international ferry. Superdad has been accused by Canadian authorities of evading police; however, he has not answered to that charge. Accordingly, details of how they made it to Saint Pierre et Miquelon will not be published here, at this timeESCAPE The family's escape generated a lot of publicity. The Niagara Regional Police, one of the agencies that outright refused to investigate the sexual abuse, or even speak to the girls, took out warrants and even reported the Girls and Superdad to Interpol. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) (Canada's national police force), Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) and others distributed posters. Police started posting to Facebook and other social media that the family had been captured, Superdad arrested, obviously not true. The biological mother did an interview with a local (to Niagara) news station and admitted that her pedophile husband had touched the girls inappropriately but that he was sorry, and that he was in counselling. The girls were impressed with their new found right to be heard. The family knew that their only option was to bring their plight directly to the people. That the police had taken to lying and publishing nonsense. While they were in transit, Superdad made guest appearances on radio and television shows, talk shows and call-in shows. The girls were active on social media and even published a few rudimentary videos. Inside of the first 72 hours 'on the run', the family had attracted about 30,000 supporters. Almost three hundred offers of assistance came in - e.g. places to hide, vehicles, clothing, money, etc. Superdad, obviously not his real name, was dubbed Superdad, by some of the supporters. The name stuck and is often used to this day. This website, WWW.RUNNINGAWAY.CA, was also established in its first version. Tens of thousands checked in every week. People were very supportive. The site exposed police and other authorities as being dishonest bullies. Hundreds of supporters started calling in "sightings" to police, reporting that the family had been seen in various places. The family was spotted everywhere from Vancouver to the Avalon of Newfoundland, and all points in between. There were even reports of the family being on Mars, at the Pyramids in Egypt, etc. Some of the agencies that couldn't be bothered with the girls were inundated with phone calls from very unhappy citizens. T-shirts were printed and sold, and financial support flooded in. Whenever the police posted untrue information, supporters were quick to correct it, live on the internet. The public outrage toward police and child welfare authorities grew increasingly, and it was spilling out all over social media. The police were furious. Not only did the girls avoid being raped by the court order, but the police were exposed as non-sensical tyrants. A group of volunteers came together to support the girls and Superdad - raise funds, gather information, manage communications, circulate petitions, etc. That group, which cannot be named, would later be known as Friends of Two Awesome Kids Foundation, the content creator of this websiteLIFE IN FRANCE "There came a time when a Canadian family of three, one adult male and two minor females, entered into French territory at Saint Pierre et Miquelon. Details are withheld at this time." Some very important things happened in France. Superdad notified immigration officials in the "metropole" (mainland France) of their arrival. Almost immediately, the family appeared at the "prefecture," (main government office for the archipelago) and formally requested asylum. Officials took statements, reviewed documents, and confirmed eligibility. The girls and Superdad were granted asylum (l'aisle), protection from Canada. The girls were appointed a lawyer to represent them. Superdad formally retained excellent counsel. Despite this protection, Isabelle Arnal, the public prosecutor in SPM, contacted Canada and let them know that Superdad and the girls had been granted asylum. This was entirely illegal - in France, in Canada, and according to the international law pertaining to asylum seekers and refugees. Nations are simply not permitted to tell originating countries that their citizens have asked for asylum - not in France, not in Canada, and not by international law. What she did was vindictive and illegal. She she was punished for it later. The prosecutor would use her authority over the police to have Superdad arrested and the girls seized, but the courts consistently released him and caused the children to be returned - sometimes on the same day, once in the same hour. It was later revealed that the prosecutor had "off-the-record" conversations with the biological mother and that she helped to admit police documents she knew were perjurious, but more on her later. The public prosecutor became the joke of the village. Superdad would refuse to speak, and the girls would make the lives of their captors a living hell. The public prosecutor wasn't used to that kind of non-cooperation, especially from two little girls. She didn't know what to do. Superdad was consistently denied legal counsel, and Australian consular representation (Superdad is also Australian), and the whole world was watching. Eventually, the public prosecutor made international news and several human rights watchdogs took a keen interest. She was an embarrassment to the French people. When the family wasn't busy being arrested and seized on behalf of the Canadian government, the girls started school, they all started learning French, "2 of 2" became fluent. The girls testified in court. Believe it or not, the biological mother had flown out to SPM and made an appearance in court as well. The judge ruled that she and her pedophile husband were a threat to the girls, and Superdad was given custody of the girls. The biological mother was ordered to pay half of all expenses for the girls, and she agreed. She never paid a cent. The girls were examined by physicians, audiologists, psychiatrists and formally assessed by the chief expert child psychologist of the French Supreme Court. All agreed that they were truthful and that they had indeed been subjected to sexual abuse. The chief court psychologist ordered them to remain with Superdad, and never have contact with the biological mother or her pedophile husband. Unfortunately, the judge did not have the authority to grant official residence to the family, but they were temporarily safe in France, while their residence application was being processed. Later on, Superdad was found not guilty of all offences by the highest court in the land. Canada lost at The Hague Convention tribunal, as well as the appeal, the courts siding with the security of the children. Courts ordered Superdad and the girls not to be separated. Secret correspondence was intercepted between the public prosecutor at SPM and the Attorney General of Ontario - illegal correspondence - implicating Canada in breaching international law and torture. The malicious prosecution by the public prosecutor, backed by Canada, will be made public on this website. Over a dozen Canadian officials were named by the European Union Commission on Human Rights as well as the United Nations High Commission on Refugees, further embarrassing Canada. Canadian authorities refused to accept the verdicts. They invoked treaties and conventions with France and tried to destabilize the family’s position. Another major event was the introduction of Anonymous Operation: Two Good Reasons (anonOp2GoodReasons). The girls put together a home video and distributed it on YouTube. A few weeks later the “hacktivist group” known as Anonymous replied with videos of their own, naming and "doxing" the biological mother and her pedophile husband, as well as exposing the Niagara Regional Police, Family and Children Services (FACS) Niagara and others. More information about these videos can be found [here]. The videos gave a glimpse into how corrupt these organizations truly are. The same group ferreted out thousands of documents that will undoubtedly help Superdad in future. The funny part is that nobody has the slightest idea what is in store. A full page of this site is dedicated to following Anonymous as they 'stand with their fists raised in anger' on the side of Superdad and his girls. Disclaimer: The Foundation does not know the true identity of Anonymous Operation: Two Good Reasons (the "Anonymous"), or any other Anonymous for that matter. We suspect they are likely well aware of the gag orders ;)… One of the observations that Superdad, the Girls, and Nana have all made throughout this experience is how dishonest, vindictive and downright cruel the Canadian agencies and their staff have behaved, each and every one of them. The Foundation has, by various means, obtained a library of evidence, and is preparing to release all of it to the public, at strategic times. The damage Canada has done to the family is immeasurable. Peruse the section Cracks to get an idea of some of their gimmicks. The only question is why? Why on earth would people deliberately do this to children who had already been sexually abused? It really is insane. So, time was running out in France. Canada had pushed the matter to the Supreme Court of France, and Superdad had "advanced knowledge" of what the outcome was going to be. Plans were drafted to escape the archipelago; but one after another, they failed. Superdad and the girls were stashed away at a strategic location when the verdict arrived. As expected, Superdad was cleared of everything the prosecutor had tried to hang him with on behalf of Canada, but the court ruled that the family had no status and had to leave. They had to leave and that posed a real problem. It read exactly as Canada had requested (yes, we have those documents too). The public prosecutor gave the family six weeks to wind up affairs and present for deportation, which was great because they would likely be gone by then. But when the family returned to their apartment, a French swat team was waiting. They shackled and beat Superdad to a pulp, and took the girls at gunpoint. The public prosecutor was behind this. She was later defrocked for disobeying her own Supreme Court and relieved of her post at SPM. She was sent to a war-torn, eastern European country, to live in a United Nations controlled zone, and keep track of receipts. French punishment.BACK IN CANADA S.S.R. French authorities, angry and embarrassed, separated Superdad and the girls once again - once again contrary to the orders of their own Supreme Court. They were shackled and loaded onto the same ferry that brought them to France years before. They were imprisoned separately, and kept from communicating with one another. The prosecutor had already gone behind the back of her own courts and arranged for Canadian officials to arrest the girls separately from Superdad, for the girls to be lodged in a children's prison, and Superdad to be held for return to Ontario. Superdad was arrested and moved from police detachment to police detachment for six days. He has said from the beginning of this that the RCMP treated him very well, and even made special efforts to accommodate him. He has nothing negative to say about the RCMP, except that their facilities are in desperate need of modernization. Regardless, the conduct of the officers was kind, gentile and at all times professional, even courteous. Superdad also notes that he met many people who knew who he was, and they had nothing but kind words for him. Six days later, he was forced onto a plane staffed by the Niagara Regional Police. The six day delay was just enough time to forcibly medicate the girls and stash them in a facility out of town (which was later revealed by Anonymous). Superdad comments that he was shocked when Dennis Osti and three other police officers didn't just throw him out of the plane at obscene heights. He was fully expecting that. Instead, he was denied lifesaving diabetic medication, denied water and washroom facilities and placed in a holding cell for days. The crown attorney tried everything in their power to keep Superdad in jail; however, the justice of the peace saw through their nonsense and granted exceptionally merciful bail. Superdad is now living about two hours away from Niagara. He was initially charged with four offences; however, two have been dropped. The remaining two are expected to be dealt with in early 2025, assuming they are not tossed out before that. When Anonymous published a series of videos publicizing where the girls were being held, they were flown to Ontario and quickly shuffled to another children's prison. The video identified the officials in Newfoundland who kidnapped them and even showed a picture of the safe house they were in, a barred window circled in red. The girls were prevented from contacting Superdad and vice versa. On their return to Ontario, the girls were taken by force by people we are not allowed to identify [see: Gag Orders]. They were taken into a children's detention centre where they could be properly imprisoned for refusing to speak to their abusers. They have been incarcerated and prohibited from contacting family or friends. All of this because they said no to being raped.CONCLUSION Superdad was "lost in the system" but eventually released. His bail conditions gave total discretion to an agency we are not allowed to identify, and they have refused to allow him to have any contact with his children because he is "uncooperative." However, others have had contact and report that the girls love and miss Superdad very much. According to reliable sources, the girls are being routinely threatened with full-out incarceration if they ask to see their father. Many are suggesting some serious revenge. What happened to the girls was terrible. But what the police, social services, and the courts did to them after the fact was even more so. We demand accountability. According to government statistics, ~4.7 million Canadian women have been sexually assaulted at least once since age fifteen; one in three women in Canada will experience unwanted sexual behaviour, one in four will experience sexual harassment in the workplace; one in seven Canadian girls under eighteen will be sexually assaulted; 87% of sexual perpetrators know their own victims; sex-related violence is the only violent crime not in the decline. These are the facts. Welcome to Canada. Every police officer, child protection agent, court official, judge, lawyer, teacher, and every other position of trust involved with this matter should be ashamed - of themselves and the agencies they work for. They turned their back on two girls who desperately needed help. They put them into a position where they had no choice but to run, then hunted them like dogs for running. We will expose them. We are Friends of Two Awesome Kids Foundation. We support Superdad and his Girls in their bid for freedom. We raise funds, spread awareness, and publish the truth. After being forced offline for almost a year, RUNNINGAWAY.CA is back in this fourth incarnation - the heavily censored edition. Things change rapidly so subscribe or check back often.FACTS To this day, no court in Canada has ever allowed the girls to attend any Canadian courtroom, at any level whatsoever. Their voices have never been heard. No judge has ever set eyes on them. They are "represented" by a handful of very poor, legal aid lawyers, none of whom care squat for their perspective, or their wishes. They are treated like chattel. These lawyers work for the Office of the Children's Lawyer, a government agency already named in litigation. In France, as part of the European Union, children have the basic right to address the courts to the best of their ability. The girls testified directly to the judge. They selected their lawyer. They were represented as a family. They wrote letters directly to the judge. Their voices were heard, and justice was served until it was perverted by Canada. The archipelago of Saint Pierre et Miquelon (French Territory) is eleven kilometres south of Burin, Newfoundland [map]. What a difference eleven kilometres makes.RATE THIS PRESENTATION Thank-you for taking the time to read about Superdad, the girls, Nana and the Foundation. Please help us improve.
