Friends of Two Awesome Kids Foundation is governed by a volunteer board of directors and led by an Executive Director, who cannot be named here due to his or her connection to I.O, I.F and David [see: Gag Order]. The role of the executive director is to coordinate the teams and generally manage the affairs of the Foundation.
The Secretary-Treasurer of the Foundation, who cannot be publicly identified for the same reason, is responsible for keeping books and records, and advises on operations [see: Gag Order].
